Beef Jalapeño Poppers

These jalapeño poppers are a bit different than normal jalapeño poppers! Instead of filling jalapeños with cheese and meat, all of the ingredients are mixed together, rolled into balls, and coated in panko breadcrumbs. The result is over three dozen cheesy, spicy poppers that get fried and served warm.

Tailgate Tacos

Buffalo Chicken Cheese Ball

You love buffalo chicken dip; you love cheese balls. Why not combine them into one delicious tailgate dish? This buffalo chicken cheese ball has all of the ingredients you expect – cream cheese, chicken, buffalo wing sauce, mayonnaise, garlic, and ranch dressing mix. Everything gets combined in one bowl then shaped into a ball and chilled overnight or for at least 8 hours. The recipe doesn’t offer any suggestions for rolling the outside as is common with cheese balls, but nuts, crushed crackers, or toasted panko would all be delicious additions.
